Shift a potion bit

Using this spell, you can shift a bit one position from a potion card. Let's say yu have a potion card of value 4 (2 power of 2), but you need a potion power of value 8 to cast your spell. Using this shift bit card, you can shift the bit of potion value 4 one place to the left to create a virtual potion of value 8 (2 power of 3).
