Swap two bits

Use this spell to swap two adjacent bits in the starting byte. Once the bits are swapped, each player will need to remove any bit impacted by the change. Check all your active gates and if the output has changed due to the logic, discard the bits. Any gate with no input must remove its output bit as well.
