Gate Card NOT

Resolves the NOT expression

This gate is a bit different than all others. It only takes in 1 single bit and reverses it. You can use it to reverse the output of a gate. When playing a NOT card with a gate, you will need to take the output of the gate and reverse it (example, if the output is 0, the output after NOT is 1)

You can only play a NOT gate on a single bit.
